So especially after this week's episode of LEGALLY BLONDE, pretty much the whole world already knows the ridiculous talent that is Autumn Hurlbert. But if her heart-breaking, powerhouse performance of the show's title song was any indication of how incredible she is, then these crazy good music tracks that I found on Her Website are going to blow your mind. Be sure to check out her 4 demo songs (which she freaking even wrote btw!). Her voice is--and I try to use this word as little as possible due to it's ubiquitous overuse in our field--FIERCE! Whether or not she wins the big contract at the end (fingers crossed) she's clearly going to walk away from this competition as one of the new emerging stars of musical theatre. I was lucky enough to work with her a week ago on VOTE! and I'm delighted to report that she is also an incredibly sweet, incredibly humble young lady. She walked into rehearsal that first day and I must have looked like a commercial for that "Gotta go, gotta go, gotta go right now" laxative, I was trying so hard to contain my excitement. But anyway, check out her stuff. She's the deal.

I listened to the Rain song. She truly is very good. I haven't watched much of the Elle Woods show, but maybe I should start?
If she was at VOTE, then i feel like she didnt win..just a guess.
I don't think it actually means anything that she was in VOTE. The reading only lasted a week and it says on youtube that few other people in the cast were also rehearsing for broadway shows at the same time.
I love her!!! I really pray she wins over those other girls! She has more talents in her little toe than the rest of them!! She would be an amazing Elle!
I'm totally hooked on the show. It's a very important historical documentary and accurate depiction of the audition process. I mean Cassie "Totally threw the girls under the bus" and that is like totally what happens! Angular Biotch!
Yes with the love for Autumn. She is phenominal and her performance always get to me. AUTUMN! AUTUMN!
